Business Coaching
Coaching (also known as Personal Coaching or Life Coaching) entails working with people who already have a measure of success in their lives, but who want to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be in their profession and their personal life. Where Psychotherapy generally deals with dysfunction; coaching deals with functional persons who want to achieve excellence while creating an extraordinary life, ease traumatic transitions and to help people get back on track.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) provides three coach credentials. The three credentials offered by the ICF are the Associate Certified Coach (ACC), the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the Master Certified Coach (MCC).
