California has become a unique leader in licensure of Guide Dog Trainers For The Blind.
Licensure is regulated by the California Board of Guide Dogs For The Blind
in which the board has exclusive authority to issue Guide Dog Trainer licensing.
Applications are taken through the board prior to examination. Annual license
fees are awarded to the Guide Dogs For The Blind Fund.
